Thu Nguyen concentrates her practice primarily on employment and business related immigration matters, representing employers and their employees before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Labor, Department of State, and various state and federal agencies with immigration oversight.
Her clients include physicians, medical practices, hospitals, hospitalist organizations, engineering firms and other business entities. Ms. Nguyen has extensive experience with employment-related temporary worker petitions for H-1B professional worker visas. She has processed numerous permanent residence (green card) applications based upon labor certification and national interest waiver. She also advises employment-based beneficiaries with regards to consular processing options and risks.
Ms. Nguyen is very passionate about her work. As a first-generation immigrant, she understands first-hand how important each and every immigration case is. Ms. Nguyen gives priority to all her cases and strives to make the highly complex process as easy and seamless as possible for all involved.
Ms. Nguyen is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and Dallas Asian American Bar Association. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2007, and her J.D. degree, from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in 2010. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2010.
