Thu Nguyen focuses her practice on employment and business-related immigration matters, representing employers and employees before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Labor (DOL), Department of State (DOS), and various state and federal agencies responsible for immigration oversight.

Her clients include physicians, investors, high-net-worth individuals, medical practices, hospitals, healthcare organizations, engineering firms, and other business entities. Thu brings extensive experience in handling employment-based temporary worker petitions, including H-1B professional work visas. She has successfully managed numerous permanent residency (green card) applications, leveraging pathways such as labor certification, extraordinary ability, and national interest waivers. Additionally, Thu provides strategic guidance to employment-based beneficiaries on consular processing options and associated risks, ensuring a thorough and informed approach to their immigration journey.

As a first-generation immigrant herself, Thu Nguyen brings a deep personal connection to her work. Thu is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the International Medical Graduate (IMG) Taskforce, the Asian Pacific Interest Section, and the Dallas Asian American Bar Association.

She earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2007 and her J.D. from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in 2010. Thu was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2010
